There is a video at the bottom of my blog that I am dying to know if it is real or just a publicity stunt. But first a few random things……..
I can't stop thinking about those poor girls in Cleveland. I am freaking outraged. I can't stop thinking about why they weren't found sooner. I think about their poor parents and now even though their daughters are home they now have to live with the fact that their daughter was being tortured right around the corner and they couldn't do anything about it. This crap has always been twisted and really disturbing but now as a parent it makes me come out of my freaking skin! The other night the hubby and I had a talk about if they really make GPS chips that you can plant in your kids clothes or heck even under their skin.
I am such a creature of habit. One of the things that I have been trying to work on lately is going out of my comfort zone a bit. Mainly it is small things but I read that it is good for old people to switch up their routines to keep their brains sharp so I figured it is probably good for everyone. I did two small things yesterday. One, at yoga class I noticed that I set up my mat facing right where two mirrors meet. Normally I would move so there wouldn't be a seam when I looked at myself in the mirror. But yesterday I said, nope I am going to stay in this spot and each time I see that seam it will remind me how I need to challenge myself each day. Then on my way home from yoga I was dragging cause I had been up since 3am and hadn't had my usual nap. I normally always stop at the same coffee place and get the same coffee drink. But then I saw a Chevron ExtraMile and quickly pulled into the parking lot. I know that they have really good coffee and they support The Show so I decided to break out of my autopilot mode and go somewhere different. It was really good and again was a bit sweeter cause it was a small reminder of how I am trying to push myself a bit. It's the little things in life people!!!!!
Do you think this video is legit or a PR stunt? I love this video and totally took it for face value when I first watched it. But then I started to think it was a little too good and could have been a set-up. What do you think?
