loud and local is most sunday nights from 9p-11p and only features san diego artists most song submissions are gonna get put into regular rotation, which is usually every other week and you can send in a new song every once in a while, if you want the MP3's have to be 8mb or under and can't have ANY cussing! did I mention NO CUSSING? if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask missi@rock1053.com or monday-friday 3p-7p 570-1053 the weekly playlists are posted on the missi page at rock1053.com sunday nights at 11pm, so you can check to see if you were played

If you are in a local band (by local we mean you LIVE in San Diego), this is a cool opportunity for you! Just send an e-mail to webmaster@rock1053.com. Include your band name and web site address or contact info and we'll add you to our local band listing. This emails the webmaster, not Missi. Do not send the webmaster your music.

If you don't have web site, then just send us a little information about the band, like a bio. We can't promise everything you send us will be posted on the ROCK web site, but we are going to try and get as much information up on each of you as we can! Remember, this is for All San Diego-Based bands!
