Had my second Fantasy draft yesterday. It was the first online draft I have ever done. My leagues that I have been in forever always draft live and in person. I joined another league this year and my buddies wanted to do it online. It was so much easier and faster. I do like the smack talk of a in person draft, but I got to tell you, this was the way to go. I said my team would have been awesome in 2010. But this is what I ended up with:
QBs: Tom Brady, Andy Dalton, Joe Flacco (the league requires 3 QBS for some reason)
RBs: Arian Foster, MJD, Law Firm (and only 3 RBs. Go figure)
WRs: Brandon Marshall, Mike Wallace, Hakeem Nicks, TY Hilton
TEs: Vernon Davis, Jordan Cameron
K: Justin Tucker
D: Chicago, NYG
I bought my first new car since 2004 yesterday. I had been wanting to do it for a while, but just haven't had a chance to get down there. A miracle happened when I showed up. I pulled into the parking lot and got out and started looking at the cars. The miracle was that no sales people swarmed me. I can't ever remember stepping onto a car lot and not have the sharks swarm. I was there a good 15 minutes when I thought the place was closed. I finally went inside and had to ask for some help. Crazy! I ended up with a GMC Terrain. I love it. It has all the bells and whistles that I haven't had. I was really embarrassed when the sales guy paired my phone to the car and the first song that pops up from my music was "I've Had the Time of my Life" from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack. I immediately start freaking out. I was like "Uh, that's my wife's music, I don't even like Jennifer Warnes or Bill Medley! Nobody puts baby in the corner!" So embarrassing. It is kind of distracting driving though. I have to get used to all the new lights and stuff. Check out my new ride....pimpin'!
