This Rutgers coach story is unbelievable. Not really for his actions. There are morons out there in every profession. But the fact that the university saw this footage and thought, you know a good 3 game suspension should be enough. Really? You have a lunatic coach physically grabbing, shoving, kicking, and throwing balls at their heads all while screaming the ugliest things at these kids and you are just gonna give him a slap on the wrist? That is where I have the problem. Where were these kids who were being abused gonna go? Who where they going to turn to? Not the higher ups, because they didn't think it was that bad. It was only when the tape was made public that they decide to fire the guy. Months after they had the evidence. Terrible. Those people should be fired as well. I am really surprised that one of those kids didn't hall off and punch him. These days kids have less and less respect for authority figures, so it wouldn't have been all that shocking for me to see one of those kids to fight back. But in reality, this coach probably knew who to bully and who not to get physical with. Which makes him even more of a coward.
